創業から、社員さん１００名になるまでのプロセス、そしてあくまでも挑戦者というポジションを貫き、チャレンジし続けておられるお姿に、社員一同感銘を受けました。「やったことがないからわからない」と考える人、「やってみないとわからない」と思う人の差は、機転ごとに差がついていき、人生の到達ポイントがまったく異なっていく。どちらの生き方を選ぶのはひとそれぞれながら、出来ることなら、後者の方々と、人生をそして「志事」をともにしていきたい。と強く感じることができた素晴らしい内容のご講演でした。
通常、ご両親の仕事・志事に触れる機会が少ないご子息の方々にとっては、目に鱗状態だったようで、講演後の原田ファミリーを囲んでのざっくばらん会は、我々にとっても深い感動を与えていただけました。
祐子様が、しっかりと会社・家庭の内部を固めて、久光様の挑戦機会を次々に早出するお膳立てをしっかりしておられる一体マネージメント、お見事でした。

8/11-12/2015 HARADA FAMILY FROM HARADA VECHLE DESIGN (AICHI, JAPAN)
Hisamitsu and Yuko Harada, the founder of Harada Vehicle Design and his children Akane and Togo visited our office and my home in New York.
Mr. Harada gave Harada family and KNY family members great seminar about his management, work and philosophy toward life.
His and his wife’s continuous challenging spirit really touched our heart.
Some say, “We don’t know, because we have never tried”, some other say, “We will know once we try”
These differences toward the judgement at turning points really make significant changes in results.
They gave us encouragement to be challengers, not observers.
We also enjoyed the reaction of their son and daughter after his speech at seminar.
They really didn’t know how hard the parents worked and how they raised them.
Also, Yuko’s continuous supports in the company and home created chances for Hisamitsu to keep challenging.
Special thanks to Mr. Nagatsu who introduced wonderful Harada family to us.
