永津キャンプ最終日 Nagatsu Camp/ The Final Day

永津キャンプ最終日は、河崎宅にて全員参加のBBQを開催しました。

午前中はサポートチーム HOPES４人による「一ヶ月後の自分」をテーマにしたプレゼンテーション。

自分のありたい姿を具体的に描く事で、自分達が今何をするべきか明確にすることができました。

その後、ファッションが地球や人々の体に及ぼす影響を鋭く描いたドキュメンタリー映画"The True Cost"を鑑賞。

ファッション業界の片隅にいる我々にとって、これからのKatsu New Yorkの存在意義は、環境問題にもっと真摯に取り組んでいくことだという事を再認識しました。

河崎と浅見が料理の腕を振るったあとは、車座になり最後のディスカッション（学びと気づき）を行い、この１週間で学んだ事を発表しあいました。

永津先生のおかげで、会を重ねるごとにチームKNYの想いがひとつになっていく事を実感しています。

永津先生、いつも本当に有難うございます。

In the final day of Nagatsu Camp, we traveled to Katsu’s house. 

In the morning, the HOPES gave their presentations about themselves “Myself on July 31st”.

This project was to help them find out what ideals they want to achieve in the near future. 

Next, we watched "The True Cost”. This movie is about the environmental impact fast fashion has on our planet and mankind. We realize again how important our companies focus on eco-friendly products and how we can be apart of the solution in our industry.

To end our 17th camp, Katsu and Yoshi cooked a great feast for us and we shared our final thoughts in discussion. 

We have grown since we started this camp, and as always we credit that to, Mr Nagatsu.

永津洋之先生 / Mr. Nagatsu

本日は改めて永津洋之先生をご紹介します。

福岡県出身で現在は１５社の経営コンサルタントをされています。盛和塾で「美しい決算書」という講演をされたことでも有名です。永津先生は美しい心が美しい決算書を作るというコンセプトのもと、数字だけではない心の教育にも力を入れられてます。KATSU NEW YORKのコンサルタントとして３ヶ月に１度、過去１８度、フィロソフィー（心の判断基準）とその実践をベースの勉強会を実施してくださっております。おかげさまで、社員スタッフ個々の意識が変わり、それが徐々に数字に表れて来ました。２０１６年度は、経常利益率１０％超えが達成できそうです。感謝

Today we are introducing Mr. Nagatsu, who has been our consultant for four years.

Mr. Nagatsu is from Fukuoka, Japan. Currently, he is an accountant and also a managing consultant for 15 companies. During a Seiwajuku council meeting, he gave a presentation titled " Beautiful Fiscal Statement", which made him famous. His principle is that if a leader has a beautiful mind and is a nice person, the company's fiscal number must be beautiful. Katsu New York is the only company Mr. Nagatsu consults abroad. He comes to our office once every three months and we learn philosophy (Ethical criteria) for management. Thanks to him, we are changing for the better, and we will achieve 10% ordinary profit ratio in 2016.  

Nagatsu Camp Vol 16 ( April 28 ~ May 4) 第１６回目 永津キャンプ（４月２８日〜５月４日）

We had very very deep concept this time.  Mr. Nagatsu touched about Yin-Yang Theory.   We all realize that our life is very simple actually but very hard to 

keep up yourself to be better.   We also did individual presentation about yourself.  Many tears!!   We went back to bitter memories and sweet memories in the past, 

and we thought about our life time missions.    Each time, our Nagatsu Camp is getting very exciting.    Next one will be in June!

Thank you so much for yummy Somen we got from Chikako’s parents in Shodoshima, Japan.  We enjoyed them very much!!

第１６回目　永津キャンプ　 （４月２８日〜５月４日）

今回の永津キャンプはかなり心の深いところまでたどり着きました。　陰陽の定義について教えて頂きました。　毎日の出来事がいかにシンプルに人生に反映するのか

分かったのですが、実際良い事を思い続けて実践するのは人間ですので難しいですね。　日々勉強です。　

その後、スタッフ全員の個人についてのプレゼンテーションを致しました。　涙を流しているスタッフが多かったです。　苦い思い出、そして感謝いっぱいの良い思いでが

入り乱れており、そこから何故自分がこの世に存在しているのか少し考えてみました。　毎回セミナーがさらにパワーUPしておりワクワクです！

そして最後の打ち上げに社員の花岡千賀子のご両親から頂いた素麺を皆で美味しく頂きました。　小豆島の手延べ素麺はやはり世界一ですね。　ありがとうございました。

次回の永津キャンプは６月に予定しております。

25th Anniversary and Nagatsu Camp

Its tbt! 

Katsu New York team visited Orlando for some R&R and deep thoughts in November. 

We are very pleased to go through this benchmark, 25th anniversary since 1988. We realized that hundreds of hundreds of people supported us to bring this company to be meaningful in this society.

Especially we had very important core members, such as Beta Fang, Chikako Hanaoka and Yoshi Asami who supported over 20 years to make.

We are committed to continue to grow at least till 100th anniversary.
