This becomes such an excitement news to Eileen Fisher, Katsu New York and Thailand’s green team after 6months effort to push our work to be a part of the World’s First Upcycle Carbon Footprint certification, under Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand.
Please check out Eileen Fisher current window display 2015. They are hanging our upcycled Banana paper that was recycled from banana paper from their window display back in 2013.
Back in June 2015, when we met with Mr.Singh Intrachooto in Thailand, who leads this Upcycle Carbon Footprint program, we had a strong believe that this upcycled banana project can fit right in.
Eileen Fisher visual merchandising team and KNY had agreed to push forward to be get our material certified. After 4months of auditing process, we have been finally approved!
We are proved that our effort is truly green and clean for this planet.
We are proud to be the world first applicant for this label.
Thank you for everyone’s effort and believe in the rightness. This is our SynZenBe approach to society.
Upcycle Carbon Footprint Certification is to certify a material that turns waste/scraps into a product that has greater value than previous value. On top of that, this label has to perform to prove that our material must produce less carbon footprint than producing virgin material.
